The nurse was amazing but I was hoping that my appointment would have been to see my consultant as I’m having problems with my medication.
Got to discuss issues and given sympathetic ear.learnt future plan of action and just felt satisfied
Excellent service again never a problem all doctor nurses and staff
Seamless experience. Felt heard during appointment.
Some experiences, we're ok , took a long time but that's ok but 2 hours to administer pain management for someone in extreme pain is outrageous,
If I had a choice I would choose Queens hospital
It was good but I feel it could be better, waiting in corridors was not ideal. Waiting time for doctors was very long.
Very good
I fell unwell with a sickness and diarrhoea bug late Thursday into Friday morning and after passing and vomiting blood about 4am Friday morning I went to hospital at 5:30am. The staff were all great, a few miserable people on the front desks that didn’t obviously want to be there and wasn’t helpful but the nurses and doctors acted quickly when i was still vomiting waiting. I was quickly given an anti-sickness drip and fluid and given a bed on a ward all by 7am which for A&E I personally thought was very efficient.
Everyone treated me with respect, the doctor come around a lot quicker than I was told and was with me by 9am I was discharged by 11:30am after the correct treatments.
Doctor was good in explaining issues and took the time to undertake all tests.
